How do I place an Order?

Once you have selected the item or items you would like to purchase select the right size and colour then just hit add to cart. Once all your items are in the cart then simply select proceed to check out or click the basket icon in the top right corner of the page. Fill in all the information needed and then select the shipping method and way to pay, we accept all major credit/ debit cards Apple Pay, PayPal, G Pay, or you can choose to pay later with Klarna. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email and then a tracking number once your item/s are shipped.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed the team will pack and ship it to your chosen delivery address, our usual courier is royal mail. Once the parcel is with the courier you will receive a tracking number for you to keep up to date with exactly where you parcel is.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer free next day delivery throughout the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next day option is only available if you order before 12 Monday – Friday. If you're lucky enough to be within our chosen postcode you can benefit from same day hand delivery on orders purchased before 2pm, these deliveries take place the same evening. Delivery may change depending over the busy periods for royal mail such as Christmas and new year. International may take between 3-7 days depending on where you are and is charged at a fixed rate of £9.99 per order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship international although the shipping times may vary depending on your location and is charged at a fixed rate of £9.99.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, G Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Do I have to pay for any items I return?

We hope you don’t ever have to return anything but if you do at the moment, we don’t offer free returns the cost is to be covered by the purchaser. Please see our returns policy for all the info needed. But here is a quick recap, all items for refund or exchange must be returned with the tags still in place and without any damage.

How do I return an item?

In the parcel there will be all the info you need, return address and email so you can let us know what the problem is. We recommend you send your items back with tracking or sign for as we can not refund if the items go missing. Please see full returns policy for all the details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We aim to get your parcel processed and shipped within 24hrs. If you wish to cancel your order please do this as quick as possible via email. Once the item is dispatched if you wish to cancel you will have to do this as a return.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Once we have authorised a return, received and quality checked the item we will automatically issue your refund. Just let the team know you would like a refund not an exchange via email.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

If you find your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement and arrange the return of the faulty goods.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

There may be many reasons why your order is late. Royal Mail behind schedule, the weather, time of year. We would say if you think your order is late to check your tracking details and then contact us via email. One of our team will look into it for you. Also check your spam as we may have already tried to contact you regarding this issue.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

We would never cancel your order without contacting you first. It may be that the order was processed and the stock is unavailable. We will always email you before we issued a cancellation and refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes we are happy to exchange if the size is wrong or you dislike it, just drop us a message and once we receive your items back we will dispatch your new items.

ONE OF MY ITEMS IS ON PRE ORDER, WILL MY ORDER STILL BE SHIPPED?

If you order is made up of available stock and pre order stock, we will dispatch the available stock via the shipping method selected and as soon as the pre order is available it will be automatically shipped to you. Your pre order items will still be charged for with the rest of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

All of our stock is sent by recorded delivery and tracked, if the courier was to lose the parcel we would replace it and have it out to you asap. If you are not in when the courier arrives the postman will leave a note for you to collect from your local depo, this is your responsibility we can not arrange a second delivery. We advise all returned stock to be sent back to us reordered delivery, we will not issue refunds on lost stock that is not tracked.

I WANT TO BUY A PRODUCT BUT IT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK?

If you wish to purchase an item that is out of stock, please drop us an email and we will try to restock the item for you.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

If you receive your order and something is missing, just check the paperwork that there is not a message to say this item or items will be delivered at a later date If not, then drop us a email and we can check through the system and have one out to you via next day delivery free of charge.
